TERMS OF SERVICE & QUEUEMake sure to read through all of the terms. When done you can fill out the form below!I work at a comfortable pace and can often alternate orders and draw something in parallel. But you can always write to me and find out at what point the work is progressing now and I will try to give feedback as soon as possible! Feel free to write to me and clarify!

GENERAL
By purchasing my services you agree on all following conditions.
- •I will refuse your commission if you do not read and / or follow these
terms
- I reserve the right to decline any sale or commission. I may do so with or without elaborating the reason to the buyer or commissioner.
- I reserve the right to refund any sale or commission that has been started by progress of commission. - I may do so with or without
elaborating the reason to the buuer or commissioner.
CLIENT
- You, the client, will be expected to first read my TOS and understand mu general Commission Prices.
- You may not claim the product as your own and must credit and link back to me
- Paument first to avoid scams.
Downpayment / full payment required within 48 hrs. Slot will be reopened if unpaid.
- You are NOT authorized to change, modify, edit or use my works without my permission.
- I do not take refunds once I've started your commission.

Any form of harassment or bargain attempt for prices is not tolerated and may result in a blacklist.
- If you wish for your request to be private, it must be stated during the ordering process. I reserve the right to charge an NDA fee if I deem fit.
- The NDA fee usually starts at +5% of the total quote, but it might differ. The bigger the project the bigger the fee.
- If you have purchased an adopt you are allowed to make minor
changes as long as the design is still recognizable as the original.
- Reselling the adopt is permitted but not for a higher price unless commissioned art is included.
- If you were gifted the adopt you cannot sell it as it will lose its monetary value.

ARTIST- l am permitted to post the art to my gallery or portfolio.
- I retain the right to decline a commission for any reason whatsoever.
- I as the artist will retain the right to work and post personal and / or commissions in between your order.
- Please do not hesitate to poke me if you wish to know anything! will keep you updated to the best of my ability but occasionallu struggle with communication. However I will always be able to respond!
- •Rush fee requests are not alwaus accepted.
- •I permit max three revisions. any more are subject to a fee. €5 - €15
+ depending on complexity.
- Once I complete the illustration and / or the client has confirmed the product is perfect / done, no further changes can be made or requested in the future.
- Clients are not permitted to use any part of their commissioned work for ai, cryptocurrencies and NFTs. Association with the work and said tokens is strictlu prohibitec
- Tips are always greatly appreciated! They often will encourage me to add on extras.

COMMERCIAL USE- If you, the client, wish to order a commission for commercial use, the total price of the commission, as well as any other royalties, will be agreed upon upfront.
- The minimum price increase 100% of the original price, meaning double the end sum. However, I reserve the right to charge more if I deem fit.
- Vtubers & streamers may request non-commercial purpose illustrations for personal use only ie. icons, banners on non - profitable media ! does not include reposting of the artwork! If you'd like to be granted exclusivity for reposting the artwork and using it for derivative content ie. advertisement and stream schedule or graphics, please inquire about a commercial use.
- The following are considered commercial use: Reproduction and selling the design / illustration, publicly or privately, receiving profit from a medium / platform where you have posted my artwork, eg. patreon, youtube, twitch, a personal site, business cards, etc.
- Commercial fees are an additional + 100% / 200% of the original price of the commission or adoptable depending on purpose.
- Character Designs / outfits that are to be used for tubing will be subject to the %200 fee.
For entire merchandise usage, a commercial fee of +200%
- By commissioning me for my services, you have read and agreed to all terms stated above.

It is also possible to make a custom design according to your description. The starting price starts from $80.
If problems arise and if necessary, I am ready to make concessions and share the payment for the work, all this is negotiated individually, do not hesitate to ask questions!
